Essay Details

Question: What do you believe is the significance of Clarissa Street to the Rochester Community?  Would the City of Rochester be any different if the 3rd Ward/ Clarissa Street were allowed to stay?

Successful applicants will be notified no later than July 31st, 2025. The winner will be announced during this year's reunion.
